Help me get Diablo 2: LoD running with PlugY

D2 Patch 1.13c

So I got inspired by MrLlama to play some Diablo II with PlugY. I've never used PlugY before, and I'm having trouble installing it. When I download the D2 and LoD installers from the Battle.net site, they'll give me version 1.14D. PlugY refuses to run on anything higher than 1.13D. I've tried downgrading, but I keep killing my game every time (blank error messages and refusal to run). I've tried using D2SE Mod Manager, but it refuses to run (It just gives me 1.14B for some reason).

I REALLY don't feel like going through my storage in the basement to look for my old CD's so I can install them and then upgrade that install to 1.13C. Is there an easier way to downgrade 1.14D to 1.13C or to obtain older install files?

D2 1.13 Patch Download

The Diablo II patch 1.12 was released today at 1:30pm EST (-5GMT). You can download it by login into the Battle.net realms. This patch marks the new ladder reset. Additionally, if your home region is in the Americas, you will be unable to log into Europe or Asia using Global Play after Patch 2.6.1 is live until those regions have also patched.
